The premises are currently rented.:

• First year – €500/month (taxes included)
• Second year – €500/month (taxes included)
• Third year – €600/month (taxes included)
• Fourth year – €600/month (taxes included)
• Fifth year – €700/month (taxes included)

With the right to repeat for the 2nd 5-year term in the value for price increase not less than 20%.

The value of the guarantee is 3 months' rent.

They are paid at the moment of signing the contract.

They are non-refundable in the event of premature termination of the contract.

Administration fee for 50 lekë/m2 x 45.5m2 = 2275 lekë/month.

The first rent is paid 1 month after the contract is signed.

Rent is paid in advance by the 5th of each month.

In case of delay, the penalty is 0.5% of the monthly rent value per day.
